Make sure shoulders are parallel with
the line to the target.
Pulling an iron shot is normally caused by standing with your shoulders facing left (or right for lefties) of the target when you address the ball, and standing with the ball too far forward in your stance.
This makes your swing path travel outside-to-inside, therefore pulling the ball.
To help fix the problem, alter your stance. Make certain that you are standing with your shoulders parallel with the line to the target, and that your hips and shoulders are perpendicular to the shaft of the club. Make certain the ball is in the middle of your stance.
Then, make sure your swing path travels inside-to-outside by letting your arms lead on the backswing and letting your body lead on the downswing.
